I gave twitter a shot two years back but I could not find enough accounts I liked. I ended up getting bored of it because I just saw stuff about startups and summaries of popular self-help books. I tried finding other accounts by clicking through who the people I liked are following but I couldn’t find any other good accounts. Might be worth giving it another shot.
I also find the topic of spaced repetition fascinating. I guess most people don’t use it because it’s too much effort and there’s actually not that much to be gained from remembering things when you know where you find them. I use spaced repetition to study for exams but aside from that I rarely use it. I can just google most things.
Also useful: using "since" and "until" in advance search to look for what people were talking about a topic during a specific time.
eg. covid filter:follows since:2020-01-01 until:2020-04-30
Seem like good advice for Substack Notes which are not limited by the number of characters.

Damn, nice! Found this thanks to Henrik Karlsson; I'll try and cultivate my Twitter feed to be way better than what it is now
The point about filters was useful, love the link for Karpathy tweets.
